At SHINGAR JEWELS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every piece of jewellery is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact

To request a return, please contact us with clear photos or videos of the product as proof.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)


💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved and the product passes inspection, the refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect
